Refund policy

All transaction done on WLTPE platform are not refundable.User are responsible for entering the consumer number,mobile number for making any payment.

WLTPE is not responsible for any incorrect detail like mobile number,incorrect data or any information.

However,If in a transaction performed by you on the WLTPE Platform,money has been deducted from your card or bank account & the service is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction,then you shall inform us by sending an email to our customer services i.e. care@wltpe.com

WLTPE will investigate the incident and if it is found that money is charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge,then user will be refunded the money in 7 working days from the date of receipt of your e mail.

It will take 4-21 days to refelect the money in your bank account as per your Bank’s policy.
